Job Title: Injection Molding Machine Operator (Evaluation Hire)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Injection Molding Machine Operator to join our team on 1st shift. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern, clean facility with strong potential for long-term growth and advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor plastic injection molding machines
• Perform in-process quality inspections using visual checks, calipers, and gauges
• Identify and separate defective materials or scrap
• Remove finished products from machines and complete secondary operations such as trimming and finishing
• Package and label products according to work orders
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe while following all safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly
• Comfortable using hand tools and inspection equipment

Work Environment & Equipment:

• Work with plastic injection molding machines and precision measuring tools
• Clean, newly built facility with modern equipment
• Exposure to noise, odors, and temperature fluctuations

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for 8–10 hours per shift
• Frequent use of hands and inspection tools
• Ability to push, pull, or carry 30–50 pounds occasionally
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and reaching

Pay and Schedule:

• Pay rate: $18.50 per hour
• Monday through Thursday, 6:45 AM – 5:15 PM
