Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Overview

We are looking for a dependable, entry-level Saw Filer to join our team. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, learning new processes, and being part of a production team.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve incoming saws and transport them to the cleaning station
• Clean saws using a de-rusting tub, steam-cleaning machine, and wire scrub tools
• Move saws to the workboard for processing and sharpening by other team members
• Match completed saws to their original boxes using identification numbers
• Package saws using hot plastic sealing methods
• Assist with inventory tasks during downtime
• Follow all processes and procedures to ensure quality work

Qualifications

• Entry-level—no experience required (training provided)
• Willingness to learn and follow a step-by-step process
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
