Maintenance- Facilities Helper

Located in Hugo, OK

Salary: $15/hr

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Maintenance- Facilities Helper position for a local Hugo, OK company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Assist with facility cleanup and maintenance projects
• Clean offices and work areas to maintain a safe and professional environment
• Haul debris, materials, and unwanted items to dumpsters
• Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and materials
• Support general labor and maintenance tasks as assigned
• Assist with basic carpentry and repair projects
• Use powered hand tools safely and effectively
• Work in residential and commercial settings, including entering occupied homes
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean worksite

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Experience in general labor, moving, maintenance, or carpentry preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a variety of environments, including customers' homes
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
• Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds regularly
• Ability to go up and down stairs frequently throughout the day
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical labor for extended periods
