We are looking for a reliable and motivated Residential Window Installer Helper to join our team in Missoula, MT. This is an entry-level position—ideal for someone looking to start or grow a career in construction.

As a helper, you will work directly with an experienced window installer, assisting with the installation of residential windows and ensuring job sites are clean, organized, and efficient.

Responsibilities

• Assist lead installer with residential window installations
• Transport tools and materials to and from job sites
• Prepare work areas and help maintain a clean, safe environment
• Follow instructions and safety guidelines
• Support general construction-related tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Construction experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
