Express Employment is seeking a motivated and dependable Appliance Repair Technician to join a busy discount appliance store in Baton Rouge! What You’ll Do:
  • Diagnose and repair general home appliances.
  • Load and unload heavy appliances safely.
  • Move and stack large units like refrigerators using a dolly or with assistance.
  • Maintain a great attitude and actively learn new repair techniques.
  • Follow safety standards and report directly to the shop supervisor, Elaine.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in appliance repair or technician work preferred.
  • General experience working with light electrical systems is highly preferred.
  • HVAC or refrigeration knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, bend, stoop, squat, and stand for long periods.
  • Dependable, hardworking attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
Schedule & Pay:
  • Schedule: Part-time | 30 to 40 hours per week | Monday through Sunday (hours vary)
  • Pay Rate: $15.00 to $16.00 per hour
