Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and maintain office spaces, common areas, restrooms, and facility grounds
• Perform industrial sanitation duties, including handling and applying industrial-strength cleaning and sanitizing chemicals
• Clean and maintain drains, waste systems, and other sanitation-related areas
• Remove trash and debris throughout the facility and surrounding property
• Perform painting, minor plumbing, and small repair projects as needed
• Spray, mow, water, and maintain landscaping and grounds
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility
• Keep cleaning, maintenance, and facility supplies stocked and organized
• Deliver parts and materials as needed
• Perform basic machine maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Follow all safety procedures and sanitation protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must pass a drug test and background check
• Reliable transportation
• Mechanical aptitude or maintenance background preferred
• Previous cleaning, sanitation, custodial, or facility maintenance experience required
• Ability to safely handle industrial-strength cleaning chemicals and follow safety procedures
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to use power tools and hand tools
• Must be able to perform physically demanding work, including:
  • Standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift
  • Lifting, carrying, and moving equipment, supplies, and materials
  • Working in indoor and outdoor environments
  • Performing repetitive cleaning and maintenance tasks

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Occasional weekend night (approximately once per month)

Pay & Benefits

• $20.13 per hour
