📌 What You’ll Do

• Invoice completed orders daily
• Submit invoices to clients via mail, email, and client portals
• Receive and process payments, including deposits and ACH transactions
• Maintain organized filing systems for completed documents
• Collaborate with project managers on account status updates
• Assist with aging reports and collections on past-due accounts
• Reconcile accounts and prepare month-end reports
• Support month-end close and audit processes
• Work cross-functionally to support team and company goals

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage high-volume accounts and prioritize effectively
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Outlook required)
• Experience with accounting software (Sage preferred; training available)
• 3–5 years of accounting or related experience
• Accounting degree preferred (not required)
