What You’ll Do

Customer Service & Front Counter Support

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Provide clear and accurate information about shipping and service options
• Deliver a positive experience for every customer interaction

Shipping & Processing

• Process shipments with accuracy, including data entry and address verification
• Handle domestic and international shipping transactions
• Manage high-value and specialty shipments following company procedures
• Package items securely to ensure safe delivery
• Process returns and handle package drop-offs efficiently

Additional Support & Operations

• Assist with basic print and copy services as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
• Safely lift and move packages weighing up to 35 lbs on a regular basis

Schedule & Availability

• Full-time, averaging 35+ hours per week
• Typical weekday hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (hours may vary)
• Business hours range from 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays

• Reliable transportation
