Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for a busy retail and shipping services environment. This position is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting while delivering excellent service.

 

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide friendly, professional customer service by greeting and assisting customers

2. Process shipments, including:

3. Accurate data entry and address verification

4. Domestic and international shipping

5. Handling high-value and specialty shipments in accordance with policies

6. Package items securely and appropriately for shipment

7. Manage return shipments and package drop-offs

8. Assist with basic copy and print services

9. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace

10. Safely lift and move packages up to 35 lbs regularly

 

Schedule & Availability

1. Full-time position averaging 35+ hours per week

2. Typical weekday hours: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (may vary based on business needs; operating hours are 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM)

3. Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays

 

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent required

2. Reliable transportation

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

5. Ability to remain composed in a high-traffic environment

6. Quick learner with the ability to apply new information

7. Adaptable and team-oriented mindset
