What You'll Be Doing

• Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair production equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
• Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Assist with equipment installation and relocation projects
• Repair production tooling as needed
• Perform building and grounds maintenance projects
• Complete basic machining, fabrication, and welding tasks
• Work with vendors and contractors to keep production running efficiently
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and product quality
• Train and mentor less experienced maintenance team members

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of maintenance experience preferred
• Plastics or injection molding experience strongly preferred
• Strong electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting abilities
• Experience with Arc and MIG welding
• Basic machining and fabrication experience
• Ability to read drawings and perform machine inspections
• Electrical license or previous electrical qualification is a plus
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office products
