We are seeking a mechanically inclined individual with maintenance experience to join our team in an aviation support role. This position involves working with aircraft parts, assisting with maintenance tasks, and supporting the inspection, handling, and organization of aviation components. Candidates with a strong mechanical background will be considered, and training will be provided for motivated individuals willing to learn the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the inspection, handling, and identification of aircraft parts and components
• Perform basic maintenance and mechanical support tasks under supervision
• Use hand tools and power tools to assemble, disassemble, and service equipment
• Follow technical manuals, work instructions, and safety procedures
• Support inventory control and organization of aircraft parts and materials
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Document work performed according to company and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete assigned tasks efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with prior maintenance, repair, or hands-on mechanical experience
• Basic familiarity with aircraft parts or mechanical systems preferred
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Willingness to learn and be trained in aviation maintenance practices
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in aviation, manufacturing, automotive, or industrial maintenance
• Exposure to aircraft systems such as hydraulics, or avionics
• Experience in a shop, warehouse, or field service environment

Training Provided

On-the-job training will be provided for candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn. No formal aviation experience required.
