We are seeking a Fulfilment & Shipping Associate to join our manufacturing team in Norwood, MA.

Hours: 7am - 3:30pm (Mon - Fri)

Pay Rate: $20 - $23/hr

Key Responsibilities

Order Picking: Locate and retrieve requested merchandise from warehouse shelves or storage bins based on work orders or digital pick tickets.
Quality Control: Inspect items for damage, defects, or errors before they are packaged.
Packing: Select the correct box, poly mailer, or protective void fill (like bubble wrap) to ensure items arrive undamaged without overpaying for shipping weight.
Shipping & Labeling: Process orders through carrier platforms (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx), print shipping labels, and verify customer addresses.
Inventory Management: Offload delivery trucks, organize stock, perform cycle counts, and report inventory discrepancies.
Warehouse Maintenance: Operate equipment like pallet jacks or forklifts and keep the shipping area clean and safe.

Qualifications & Skills

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for full shifts, bend, reach, and frequently lift heavy packages (typically up to 50 lbs).
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in reading SKU numbers, matching shipping labels, and ensuring the right item goes to the right customer.
Computer Proficiency: Basic familiarity with computers and e-commerce shipping software (e.g., Shopify, ShipStation, Pirateship).
Time Management: Capability to maintain a consistent, fast-paced workflow to meet strict daily and hourly shipping deadlines
