Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM 

Credit and Collections Analys Summary:

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Credit and Collections Analyst for a local company headquartered in Sumterville, FL.  

Responsibilities:

·         Perform routine account review, delinquency monitoring and payment tracking

·         Communicate with members regarding past-due balances and payment options

·         Maintain accurate account documentation

·         Strong organizational and time management skills

·         Ability to learn utility software applications and AMI-related processes quickly

 

Requirements:

• Two (2) years associate degree in business management, accounting or related is preferred
• Minimum one (1) to two (2) years of experience in collections, billing, AR
• Experience within an electric utility or related industry is preferred
• Experience processing deposits and account transactions
