Pay: $31.13 per hour
Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

Operate robotic welding equipment safely and efficiently
Perform all-position welding as required
Utilize hand tools and pneumatic (air) tools to complete production tasks
Operate material handling equipment when necessary
Perform daily and routine maintenance on equipment and workstations
Replenish parts using Kanban systems and visual inventory triggers
Maintain and support 5S workplace organization standards
Participate in Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives
Follow all safety, quality, and production standards
Monitor efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvement
Learn and perform multiple welding processes across various product lines

Qualifications

Previous welding and manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to operate robotic welding equipment
Experience using hand and air tools
Strong attention to safety and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn multiple welding processes and job functions
