They will be catching the finished trusses and stacking them on the ground to shipment. Making sure they have all the parts that are needed such as the plates. Ability to stand, bend, and lift for up to 12 hours. They will be catching finished trusses all day long. They are heavy and they are big and awkward. This is a very physical position.
