Join a successful company and participate in maintaining production equipment, facilities, and grounds.

Perform repairs and preventative maintenance in and around the plant and grounds. Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns. Learn and understand TPM,. Demonstrate ability to navigate a PC to track and document work orders and parts inventory. 

 

DUTIES:

• Implement TPM strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing operations.
• Maintain Equipment and perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities to ensure optimal operation.
• Monitor KPIs
  • Mean Time Between Repairs
  • Preventive Maintenance Compliance
  • Inventory Accuracy
• Work Order Management ensuring proper usage of work orders and assgn them as needed.
• Utilize a Continuous Improvement Startegy.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician (minimum 1 year)
• Knowledge of PM practices
• Strong problem solving skills
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong Attention to detail
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk and climb ladders
• Ability to bend and twist while performing necessary duties
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work at heights
• Ability to recognize the operating mechanisms of various processing and packaging machines in the plant.
