About Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a Supervisor with specialized expertise in concrete foundations and underpinning to oversee field operations on residential, commercial, and/or infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will ensure that all work is performed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily construction activities related to concrete foundation systems and underpinning projects
• Supervise site crews, subcontractors, and trades to ensure efficient workflow
• Coordinate site operations in accordance with project schedules and milestones
• Interpret construction drawings, specifications, and engineering plans
• Manage installation of: Footings and foundations, Slabs-on-grade and suspended slabs, Retaining walls, Underpinning systems (mass concrete, mini-piles, helical piles, etc.)
• Ensure proper excavation, formwork, reinforcement placement, and concrete pouring practices
• Monitor structural integrity during underpinning and stabilization work
• Coordinate with structural engineers and inspectors as required

Required Qualification:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience, with at least 2–4 years supervising foundation or underpinning projects
• Proven experience in Concrete construction methods, Structural underpinning and foundation repair, Excavation and shoring systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and geotechnical reports
• Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
• Strong leadership & team management abilities (Formally or Informally supervised a team)
• Effective communication and organization skills
