Deburring / General Labor Associate

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time

A growing manufacturing company is seeking a dependable General Labor Associate to assist with deburring and finishing metal parts. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to get started in manufacturing, as no prior experience is required. The company is willing to train motivated individuals who are ready to work and show up consistently.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Remove sharp edges and excess material from stamped and fabricated metal parts

• Load and unload parts into a rotational shot blast machine

• Process parts through a vibratory tumbler using ceramic media

• Sand, buff, and wire brush metal components to ensure quality standards

• Inspect finished parts for smooth edges and proper finish

• Assist machine operators with handling larger parts when needed

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications:

• Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift

• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally

• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

• Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required

• English language skills are not required; training will be provided

Work Environment:
This position is hands-on and may involve exposure to noise, dust, moisture, and industrial equipment. Personal protective equipment, including hearing protection, safety glasses, face protection, gloves, and aprons, is provided by the employer.
