General Laborer / Production Associate – Our Client in Eastlake

Our client in Eastlake is seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborer / Production Associates to join their manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling products, preparing spill kits, material handling, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Daily Responsibilities Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Produce items within designated product lines according to established work instructions and quality standards.

• Assemble spill kits and related products according to specifications.

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to retrieve, transport, and organize raw materials and finished goods.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.

• Participate in plant-wide housekeeping and cleaning activities as assigned.

• Complete additional duties as assigned by supervisors and management.

Qualifications:

Language Skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers.

• Ability to read and follow written instructions.

• Ability to accurately complete daily production logs and documentation.

Mathematical Skills

• Ability to perform basic math functions including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Reasoning Ability

• Ability to apply common sense and follow simple instructions.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching.

• Regular use of hands and arms while performing production duties.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.

• Ability to assist with lifting up to 200 pounds using team lifting procedures and/or lifting equipment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Attendance & Reliability

• Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential.

• Must be dependable and committed to maintaining a consistent work schedule.
