Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Assembly/Fabrication Operator to join our team in Sparta. If you have a background in manufacturing and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and fabricate parts and components with precision
• Follow detailed blueprints and technical instructions
• Operate various machinery and tools safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in assembly or fabrication
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
