Job Title: Shear/Saw Operator (Evaluation Hire)

We are currently hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Shear/Saw Operator to join our team on day shift. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic who enjoys hands-on fabrication work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a shear to accurately cut materials such as mesh panels, steel sheets, and aluminum
• Assist with cutting aluminum profiles using a saw
• Support additional fabrication tasks including drilling and general shop work as needed
• Measure materials precisely to ensure accurate cuts and quality output

Qualifications:

• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Team-oriented and willing to assist in multiple areas of the operation
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail

Pay and Schedule:

• Pay rate: $18.00 per hour
• Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
