Express Employment Professionals – Guelph is recruiting on behalf of a well-established, trusted Ontario roofing company that has been protecting homes since 1988. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of marketing strategy, lead generation, and brand growth.
This role is ideal for a results-driven marketer who understands how to generate, track, and convert leads, while working closely with sales to drive revenue. If you’re creative, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and more
- Optimize website performance through SEO/SEM to drive traffic and rankings
- Track and report on performance metrics (ROI, CPL, CTR) using Google Analytics and Meta tools
- Manage CRM and email marketing campaigns with automation and segmentation
- Create and schedule engaging content (graphics, videos, reels, blogs)
- Manage online reputation including reviews and social engagement
- Design print materials (brochures, pamphlets, business cards)
- Support billboard and radio advertising initiatives
- Capture and edit photo/video content
- Visit local job sites occasionally for content creation
Sales Collaboration
- Partner with sales to align marketing with revenue goals
- Support lead generation and conversion strategies
- Assist in developing sales tools, scripts, and resources
- Use marketing insights to improve sales performance
What You Bring
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience (home services/construction preferred)
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and social media marketing
- Experience with Canva, Google Analytics, WordPress, and Mailchimp
- Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design skills are an asset
- Photography/videography and short-form content experience (Reels/TikTok) is an asset
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Highly organized, self-starter with a results-driven mindset
- Sales experience or exposure is a strong asset
