Cost Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Accountant to join our team in Conway. This role supports financial operations, job costing, billing, reconciliations, payroll, and accounting functions while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Process accounts payable and job cost coding
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Manage inventory transactions and job costing
• Prepare job billing, warranties, and closeout documentation
• Assist with payroll and general accounting duties
• Support the CFO with financial reporting and accounting tasks

Qualifications:

• Accounting, Finance, or construction accounting experience
• Experience with job costing and construction accounting preferred
• Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel, AIA Billing 
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Pay: $53,000 - $85,000 per year
