Express Employment Professionals is partnering with an established company in the Duncan, SC area that has an immediate need for a Hydraulic Assembly/Machine Testing Associate. 

 

Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 7am- 3:30pm

Pay: $18 per hour

 

          Duties:

 

• Read work orders, drawings, and specifications to determine assembly and testing requirements.

• Assemble mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components using hand and power tools.

• Inspect, test, adjust, and calibrate completed units to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.

• Perform material and part verification, report shortages or defects, and maintain required production records in the computer-based system.

• Move equipment and materials safely using overhead cranes and forklifts as required.

• Maintain a clean, organized work area and support other departmental tasks and projects as business needs require.

   

  Requirements:  

   

   

• Minimum 1 year of paint and hydraulic assembly experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Manufacturing or machine shop experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools and material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Strong communication skills and ability to perform basic math calculations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, and frequently bend, stoop, and reach.
• Ability to accurately distinguish colors.

 

          Education Requirements:

           HS Diploma or GED
