Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Warehouse Associate- Forklift Operator to join a local company in Tyler, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!
Safely operate a sit-down forklift to load, unload, move, and stage materials.
Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
Perform general warehouse duties including loading, unloading, sorting, stacking, and organizing materials.
Manually move products and materials throughout the warehouse.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Inspect forklift and equipment before use and report maintenance concerns.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Assist team members with various warehouse and labor tasks as assigned.
Previous sit-down forklift experience required.
Prior warehouse experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to safety and detail.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Willingness to perform physical labor in addition to forklift operation.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ pounds regularly.
Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, and standing throughout the shift.
Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Comfortable working in varying temperatures and conditions.
