Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Assembly to join a local company in Tyler, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up workstations according to product plans and production schedules.

• Read and follow basic diagrams, drawings, specifications, bills of materials, and work instructions.

• Assemble components accurately into finished products while meeting quality standards.

• Ensure sufficient raw materials are available to maintain production flow.

• Measure, align, and position materials and components as required.

• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and maintain production output goals.

• Assist with continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on work instructions and processes.

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures to prevent injury and maintain a safe work environment.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.

• Return tools and equipment to designated locations after use.

• Inspect and clean equipment regularly and notify supervisors of any maintenance or repair needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or industrial environment.

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work safely and effectively in a manufacturing setting.

• Fast learner with the ability to adapt to changing production needs.

• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance.

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.

• Ability to perform repetitive tasks including lifting, pulling, pushing, carrying, and assembling materials.

• Visual acuity to read instructions, inspect parts, and safely operate equipment.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality standards.
