Shipping & Receiving Associate (UPS WorldShip / Amazon Experience Preferred)

About the Role

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate for a growing company in the EAST MESA area. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on warehouse shipping experience, especially those familiar with UPS WorldShip and Amazon shipments.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Process domestic and retail shipments using UPS WorldShip
• Handle Amazon shipments (Vendor Central / FBA experience preferred)
• Assist with palletizing and shrink-wrapping shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare domestic and international orders
• Perform box building and packaging as needed
• Ensure shipments meet company and carrier compliance standards

Qualifications

• Experience with UPS WorldShip or similar shipping software REQUIRED
• Experience with Amazon Vendor Central or FBA shipments strongly preferred
• Previous shipping & receiving or warehouse experience required
• Comfortable with manual packing, palletizing, and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and consistent attendance
