The Encapsulation Operator knows each goal set for each day and follows through to make sure each one is completed. Operate encapsulation machines, disassembles, cleans, and assembles machines. Oversees that production numbers are recorded and correct. Fills out Incident forms for machine issues and reports them to the Manager.

What You Will Do:

• Operate encapsulation machines.
• Hit goals set by the Production Manager for each day.
• Check that all numbers are recorded and all paperwork is filled out every day.
• Record and fill out any incident reports for machine issues.
• Help with the disassembly, cleaning, and assembly of the encapsulation machines.
• Report weekly to the Production Manager
• Assist the Production Manager in other duties assigned.

What You Will Bring:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent
• Must be able to take charge and be self-motivated
• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Must be able to understand instructions both verbally and in written form
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Must be able to work efficiently with their hands
• Must be comfortable assembling mechanical components and performing minor repairs, or willing to learn.
