In this role, you'll help connect great people with great job opportunities while building relationships with local businesses. You'll receive hands-on training and gain experience in recruiting, client outreach, candidate matching, and business development

What You'll Do

• Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and outreach
• Help connect job seekers with exciting employment opportunities
• Coordinate interviews and support candidates throughout the hiring process
• Follow up with candidates to ensure a positive experience
• Reach out to local businesses to introduce our staffing and recruiting services
• Build relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
• Learn about open positions and hiring needs within the community
• Present qualified candidates to employers looking to grow their teams
• Follow up with clients and gather feedback throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions
• Collaborate with recruiters to create successful candidate-to-client matches
• Help support business development efforts and expand our client network

Qualifications

• Passing typing test required
• Strong phone presence and professional communication skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and follow-ups
