Express Employment Professionals is hiring Experienced Concrete Finishers/Laborers for a growing construction company in the McGregor area!

If you can confidently take a concrete project from start to finish and take pride in producing high-quality work, we want to hear from you. This opportunity offers a Monday - Friday schedule with competitive pay based on experience. Candidates with masonry experience are strongly encouraged to apply. 

Responsibilities

• Complete concrete projects from start to finish with minimal supervision
• Perform flatwork including sidewalks, driveways, patios, slabs, and foundations
• Work with Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF)
• Read plans and ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
• Operate and maintain concrete finishing tools and equipment
• Work closely with crews to ensure quality workmanship and job site safety

We Are Specifically Looking For

• Previous professional experience as a Concrete Finisher is required
• Ability to run a job from start to finish
• Experience with flatwork and ICF construction
• Strong understanding of concrete placement, finishing, and curing techniques
• Ability to read blueprints and project specifications
• Reliable transportation and excellent work ethic
• Must be physically able to perform heavy lifting, bending, and working on feet through entire shift
