Schedule: Thursday – Saturday | 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Production Support Associate to join a fast-paced production environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are looking to grow into machine operation and advanced production responsibilities over time.

Position Overview

Production Support Associates play a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency by assisting with material handling, product staging, and general labor tasks. This role begins with more physically demanding work, with the opportunity to expand into equipment operation and additional production duties as you gain experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lift, stack, and palletize products in a safe and efficient manner
  • Move materials throughout the facility using hand trucks and pallet jacks
  • Support production lines with general labor as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Follow all safety and quality standards

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently
  • Strong work ethic and reliability in a team environment
  • Experience in food production or manufacturing strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods
