Business Development Representative - Employee Benefits

 

We are seeking a motivated professional to generate new employer group opportunities and provide ongoing support to clients utilizing an employee benefits platform.

 

Responsibilities:

• Prospect employer groups through outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn
• Schedule appointments for brokers and maintain CRM records
• Assist employers with benefits enrollment, policy updates, and service inquiries
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

 

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of in sales in the insurance or employee benefits industry
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable with outbound sales activity and client support
• CRM and Microsoft Office experience preferred
• Must have OR obtain Health & Life Insurance licenses within 60 days (company support provided)
