Our client is seeking a reliable and customer-focused CDL Class B Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for safely delivering products to customers, maintaining excellent customer service, and supporting daily warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely load, secure, and deliver products to customer locations.
• Verify delivery accuracy and obtain customer signatures.
• Collect payments for COD orders when required.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, reporting any safety or maintenance concerns.
• Communicate delivery updates, customer requests, and service issues to management.
• Assist with warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, order pulling, and shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous delivery driving, warehouse, or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• CDL Class B
• Ability to use GPS, maps, and navigation tools effectively.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn company systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Occasionally lift over 100 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work in a warehouse environment throughout the day.
