Express is currently hiring General Labor workers for the Wright City area,1st shift hours are 6:00am-4:00pm @ $20.00/hour.

the General Labor is responsible for the sanitary dress of beef and beef biproducts, will be using a hook and other tools such as knife, wizard knife and saw.

Job Description:

• Preparing Carcasses for processing such as mud removal of identification of carcass for further processing.
• Marking and/or removal of hide from beef carcass, trimming visual contamination, foreign objects of quality defects from carcass.
• Removal of SRM
