General Laborer / Restoration Technician

Salary: $21-$23/hr DOE

We are actively seeking General Laborers / Restoration Technicians for a growing property restoration company in Leominster, MA. In this role, you will assist with light demolition, cleanup, and restoration projects related to water and fire damage in residential and commercial properties.

 

Responsibilities

• Perform light demolition and removal of non-salvageable materials from homes and businesses
• Prepare and stage job sites according to remediation needs while helping prevent further property damage
• Use and maintain equipment, tools, products, and supplies needed to complete restoration projects
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines on all job sites

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in construction, demolition, landscaping, cleaning, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work occasional overtime
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the workday
• Must have valid DL and clean driving record to drive company vehicles

Schedule & Pay

• Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-3:30 PM
• Overtime and double-time opportunities available
• On-call rotation every other week with additional bonus pay
• $21-$23/hour DOE, with higher pay available for candidates with direct restoration industry experience
