Metal Manufacturing Machine Operator – 2nd Shift

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

 

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring experienced Metal Manufacturing Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing company in Phoenix, AZ. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in metal fabrication, automotive manufacturing, aerospace manufacturing, or similar industrial production environments.

Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards.
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and equipment.
• Read and follow work orders, blueprints, and production specifications.
• Maintain production records and documentation.
• Keep work areas clean and organized while following all safety procedures.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting of equipment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in metal fabrication, aerospace, automotive, sheet metal, machining, or industrial manufacturing required.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and gauges.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Press Brake Operator
• Punch Press Operator
• Fabrication Operator
• Production Operator
• Metal Manufacturing Experience
