Schedule and organize complex activities across the organization, including meetings, travel arrangements, and multi‑department events.

Create, design, and refine visual presentations, charts, graphs, and business materials.

Manage daily schedules, priorities, and communications for leadership; provide direct support to the Executive Office Manager.

Assist and back up administrative staff; support Sales, HR, and other departments with scheduling, travel, meeting preparation, and onboarding tasks.

Organize regional and company‑wide meetings, quarterly business reviews, social events, appreciation dinners, holiday celebrations, and community engagement activities.

Work independently and collaboratively on recurring and special projects; act as project manager for initiatives involving planning, communication, and cross‑department coordination.

Maintain company contracts, agreements, and administrative files; prepare correspondence, memos, tables, and business documents.

Oversee company cell phone accounts, reconcile administrative and travel credit cards, order business cards and nameplates, and maintain digital information displays.

Create and manage associate and vendor access badges; maintain badge databases; monitor lobby activity and ensure proper visitor check‑in.

Coordinate communication meetings, distribute information, and support company‑wide announcements.

Answer and route phone calls, take messages, coordinate lunches, manage logo‑item orders, and support daily office operations.

High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast‑paced or multi‑department environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio; strong typing and document‑creation skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities; strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to exercise discretion, handle confidential information, and make independent decisions.

Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and comfort working both independently and as part of a team.
