Express Employment Professionals is hiring Construction Laborers on behalf of a local company specializing in the building and repair of docks and piers. This is a hands-on, outdoor position working on the water and a great opportunity to learn a skilled trade from experienced craftsmen. Both entry-level candidates and experienced laborers are encouraged to apply. They are willing to train the right person.

 Requirements

• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
• Comfortable handling and using basic hand tools
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in varying outdoor conditions
• Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Willingness to learn — prior dock-building experience is NOT required

• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles
• Personal set of hand or construction tools
• Prior construction, carpentry, marine, or general labor background
• Experience with dozers, excavators, skid steers
