General Laborer (Construction / Site Work)

Location: North Charleston, SC
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $16–$18 per hour (based on experience)

 

Job Overview

We are seeking dependable and hardworking General Laborers for a long-term opportunity with a growing construction team. This role involves very physical, hands-on outdoor work supporting site preparation and construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks on construction and job sites
• Assist with digging, grading, and site cleanup
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Use hand tools and basic power tools
• Follow directions from supervisors and crew leads
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Physical Requirements

?? This is very physically demanding work. Applicants must be able to:

• Lift up to 50 pounds consistently
• Work outdoors in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift for extended periods
• Perform continuous manual labor throughout the entire shift

Requirements

• Must be reliable and show up on time every day
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Must pass a drug test and background check
• Prior construction or labor experience preferred but not required
