Medical Billing/Coding Specialist

Responsible for reviewing medical records, assigning accurate diagnosis and procedure codes, submitting insurance claims, and ensuring timely reimbursement for healthcare services. Verifies patient and insurance information, resolves billing discrepancies, and maintains compliance with healthcare regulations and coding standards.

Skills Needed:

• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
• Understanding of medical terminology and healthcare regulations
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and customer service skills
