About the Role
We are currently seeking reliable, motivated, and physically capable individuals to join our team as Warehouse Associates. This hands-on role is ideal for candidates with experience in warehousing, assembly, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or general labour who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering quality work.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will support daily warehouse operations, assist with order fulfillment, and help maintain a safe, organized, and productive workplace.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Label, sort, and organize products for shipment
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials
- Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment
- Perform basic assembly and product preparation tasks as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow company procedures and workplace safety standards
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily operational goals
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, distribution, or logistics environment
- Experience as a Warehouse Associate, Order Picker, Packer, Assembler, Shipping/Receiving Clerk, or General Labourer is considered an asset
- Ability to safely lift and move products weighing up to 50–60 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a physically active environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
