Job description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and experience in a warehouse environment. This role involves assembling various components using hand tools and power tools, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Duties

• Assemble products or components according to standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
• Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Conduct visual and manual quality checks to ensure compliance with product specifications
• Perform order fulfillment tasks, including picking, packing, and labeling of finished goods
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or warehousing is an asset (training provided)
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to [insert weight, e.g., 20-30 lbs]
• Comfortable working in a structured, deadline-driven environment
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team culture

Experience as Line Operator/ Production Line/Manufacturing is an asset.
