Express Employment Professionals is now hiring Office Manager in the New Lebanon, OH area for $17/hour an Up based on Experience!

1st shift Mon-Thur. 7:00am-5:30pm

Job Duties: 

  • Administrative Operations: Direct daily office activities, including managing facility supplies, vendor relations, and front-desk coordination
  • Floor & Production Support: Coordinate with plant floor personnel to track job timelines, production schedules, and inventory
  • HR & Onboarding: Assist with administrative HR tasks such as employee onboarding/offboarding, timesheet verification, and payroll processing
  • Financial Oversight: Manage accounts payable and receivable, process vendor invoices, and assist with departmental budgeting
  • Compliance & Reporting: Prepare operational reports and ensure the facility maintains compliance with safety regulations, permits, and quality standards

Experience: 

  • A High School diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is typically preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of office management experience, ideally in a manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environment
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) software (e.g., JobBOSS, SAP) is a major asset
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to bridge communication seamlessly between shop floor workers and executive leadership
