About the Company

Express Employment is seeking a Laborer to join a local feed company in the Cordova area.

This company is looking for dependable individuals who are comfortable working in a production environment and helping where needed throughout the facility. Candidates should be safety-minded, reliable, and able to handle physical work throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Bag and handle 50–55 lb bags of feed
• Rotate and place bags onto scales to be weighed for shipping
• Assist where needed throughout the production floor
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and production standards

Required Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or production experience required
• Ability to lift and handle 50–55 lbs consistently
• Safety-toed shoes required
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous machine operation experience is helpful, but not required
• Experience working in manufacturing or production settings
