Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Training on 1st for one week. 4am - 2pm

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Picker to assist with sorting materials and preparing them for shipment. Responsibilities include:

• Sorting debris (rocks, paper, plastic) from crushed glass at a stationary table.
• Moving sorted glass bins with a pallet jack to the next building.
• Wrapping cooled glass and packing crates for shipping.
• Carefully loading crates onto forklifts for transportation.
• Training available for forklift operation.

Requirements:

• Ability to visually inspect and remove debris efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with strong hand-eye coordination.
• Comfortable working independently in a small team environment.
• Must be able to roll 50-75 lb barrels with assistance.
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders as needed.
• Must wear work boots for safety.

Work Environment:

• Exposure to glass materials.
• Can be cold in winter and hot in summer.
• Independent work with radio access.
