CNC Multi-spindle Lathe Operator

Shift: Train on 1st, move to 2nd (or 3rd as noted)
Pay: $21.00/hr + $1.00 shift differential
Location: Clearwater, FL
Requirements: Steel-toe boots required

We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Multi-Spindle Lathe Operator to join our team. This role requires precision, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates must be comfortable training on 1st shift and transitioning to 2nd .

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and set up multi-axis CNC lathes, including double-spindle Swiss-type machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings
• Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools to verify part accuracy
• Follow detailed instructions with high attention to detail
• Perform in-process inspections and maintain quality standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Support production goals and meet daily output requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating multi-axis CNC lathes (Swiss machine experience required)
• Strong blueprint reading skills
• Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and other QC tools
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accuracy
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Owning personal measuring/QC tools is a plus
• Willingness to work overtime when needed
