CNC Lathe Operator – 3rd Shift (Clearwater, FL)

Pay: $22.00/HR + (based on experience) plus shift differential
Shift: 3rd shift - Train on first,
Location: Clearwater

We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Operator with hands-on expertise running an 8-axis lathe to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in producing precision parts, maintains high quality standards, and thrives in a structured manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and set up an 8-axis CNC lathe for production runs
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools to verify part accuracy
Perform in-process inspections and maintain quality standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively

Requirements

Proven experience operating CNC lathes (8-axis experience strongly preferred)
Strong blueprint reading skills
Proficiency with precision measurement tools
Commitment to quality and accuracy
Dependability and punctual attendance
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Ability to follow safety and production guidelines
Cell phones are not permitted on the production floor
