Maintenance Technician – High-End Condominium Property
Location: Prestigious area of Naples, FL
Pay: $23/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Seasonal Schedule: During season, alternating weekends may be required

 

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and professional Maintenance

Technician for a beautiful, high-end condominium property located in one of Naples’ most prestigious areas. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established property with a large and reputable management group.

The ideal candidate will take pride in maintaining a clean, polished, and well-kept property while providing excellent service to residents and staff.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain common areas throughout the condominium property
• Perform light painting and touch-up work as needed
• Handle basic/light electrical repairs
• Pressure wash exterior areas as needed
• Assist with general maintenance and property upkeep
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Help ensure the property remains clean, safe, and presentable at all times
• Work closely with the management team and other staff members

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to perform light painting, basic repairs, and general property maintenance
• Basic electrical knowledge is a plus
• Must be reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and move throughout the day as needed
• Must be available to work alternating weekends during season
