Production Associate / Welder

We're seeking a skilled Production Associate / Welder to join a growing manufacturing team. This position focuses on fabricating and assembling custom metal products in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding on steel components and assemblies
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders
Cut, grind, shape, and prepare materials for fabrication
Assemble metal components to meet production specifications
Inspect finished welds for quality, accuracy, and durability
Complete finishing work, including grinding and polishing
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
Follow quality standards and production schedules
Assist with routine maintenance of welding equipment

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of MIG welding experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Experience in fabrication or manufacturing environments preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various positions throughout the day
Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

Work Environment:

Manufacturing and fabrication setting
Exposure to heat, noise, and metal dust
Standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting throughout the shift
