Parts Sales & Shipping Coordinator

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Parts Sales & Shipping Coordinator for a growing industrial company on the west side of Indianapolis. This position is ideal for someone with experience in parts coordination, shipping/logistics, purchasing support, or customer service within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

This is a detail-oriented role that works closely with customers, suppliers, shipping companies, and internal departments to manage parts orders from quote through shipment.

Job Summary

• Communicate with customers by phone and email regarding parts inquiries and orders
• Research part purchase history and request supplier quotes for pricing and delivery
• Prepare customer quotations and assist with order processing
• Create jobs and process purchase orders through Epicor ERP software
• Coordinate with suppliers in the U.S., Japan, and Korea
• Track order status and maintain detailed Excel logs for management reporting
• Generate shipping documents and coordinate domestic and international shipments
• Assist with export paperwork and customs documentation for overseas shipments
• Communicate shipment schedules and delivery details with customers
• Support additional shipping activities for equipment orders within the facility
• Assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 1st Shift

Pay:$22.00/hour

Qualifications

• Previous experience in parts sales, shipping/receiving, logistics, purchasing, or customer service preferred
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn ERP software systems
• Experience using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
• Professional communication skills with customers and vendors
• Experience with shipping software or international shipping documentation is a plus
• Epicor experience is helpful but not required
