Evaluation to Hire

Monday - Friday

7:30am-4pm - but part time hours between 7:30a-4p

$18/hr - $20/hr with performance reviews

 

Duties Include: Customer Service/Project Coordinator                                    Customer service support, scheduling, handling customer inquiries, providing updates, making appointments, resolving customer issues and escalations, maintaining a data base, and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: Customer Service/Project Coordinator  
• Fields customer questions and concerns in a professional manner and provides customer service information
• Resolves customer's issues by using available resources in and out of our office
• Schedules installation work and service work with customers according to established process
• Makes follow up calls
• Responds to all communication in a timely and professional manner
• Processes customer information accurately and according to process

- Computer skills, outlook and scheduling software, excellent phone and customer service skills
- be a team player, helping out whenever possible. Flexible and open to change in a rapidly changing environment.
